This policy explains what we collect and how we use it to make and deliver your book — kept short and plain.
To create your book we use the answers you give in the quiz (the child's first name, age, appearance and interests) and your email address, which we use only to send you the finished book.
Photos. Photos are optional. If you upload one, it is used only once — sent securely to our illustration provider to draw a cartoon character — and is then discarded. We never store the original photo, never put it in the book, and never use it to train any model. Only the generated illustration — a stylized drawing, not a photograph — is saved as part of your book.
By uploading a photo you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have permission to use the image, and you consent to this one-time processing.
Our service is for adults making books for children. Children do not use it themselves — every detail about the child is provided by the adult placing the order.
Payments are handled by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details.
We rely on trusted providers, each handling only their part of the service: cloud hosting and storage, payment processing, illustration and story generation, audio narration, email delivery, and analytics and logging.
Your finished book and its download links stay available for 30 days, after which the files are removed. We keep basic order records as required by law. Uploaded photos are never retained.
You can ask us to see or delete your personal data at any time — just email podrska@tvornica-slikovnica.com.
